Growth
For venues with more than one location or guests from abroad.
Growth suits a menu that several people maintain and that guests read in more than one language. The trial lets you try it with your real menu first.
Digital menu
A digital menu with ordering is a menu guests read on their phone and order from. You edit it in the dashboard, and your team receives each order there.
14 days free, no credit card. Tell us about your venue in a short form and the team gets you set up.
Your menu is built from categories and items. Each item has a name, a description, a photo, a price and its translations. You change any of them in the dashboard.
Guests see a change the next time they open the menu. The QR code does not change, so nothing gets reprinted.
Each order lists the items and quantities, the total and the guest's note. Staff move it through the statuses pending, accepted, preparing, ready and completed, and mark whether it is paid.
Because the guest typed the order, nobody re-enters it, and a note such as "by the window, no onions" arrives exactly as written.
The dashboard shows four numbers for every location: revenue, average order value, number of orders and items sold. You can view them for today, yesterday, the last 7 days, the last 30 days or all time.
They are simple totals and not charts, and there is no export. They give a quick read on whether the menu is bringing orders.
Check these limits against your kitchen before you decide.

It is a menu guests open on their phone and order from. They scan a QR code, add items to a cart and send the order. Your team sees it in the dashboard and updates its status as they prepare and serve it.
Guests see a change the next time they open the menu. Save your edit in the dashboard and anyone who scans the code afterwards gets the new version. A guest who already has the menu open sees the older version until they open it again.
They pay the venue as they do today, by cash or card. QckOrder does not process payments. Your team marks each order as paid, by cash or card, in the dashboard.
Staff see an order when they open or refresh the orders list in the dashboard. Keep the list open while you serve, and refresh it when you expect orders.
