Choose a plan by the number of locations, users and menu languages. You pay the plan price plus 1% of the value of completed orders placed through QckOrder. There is no setup fee and no app for your guests to install.

Only completed orders count; cancelled orders do not. The 1% is calculated per calendar month and invoiced monthly. QckOrder does not collect guest payments: guests pay your venue.

The plans differ in locations, user accounts and menu languages. Everything below comes with every plan.
Create a code for each table in the dashboard, with an optional label such as Terrace 4, or add several at once. A separate code takes to-go orders at the counter. Every order shows its table, or To go.
Change prices, photos and descriptions in the dashboard. The next scan shows the change, so nothing needs reprinting.
Mark an item sold out in one tap, or pause ordering for a location. Guests still see the menu.
Tag items with the 14 major allergens and with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or spicy. Guests see the tags before they add an item and can filter by allergen. The tags show what you enter.
Guests see the orders they placed from that phone, with the current status. There is no account to create.
New orders appear in the dashboard on their own within about 15 seconds, with a sound and a counter. Guests see status changes on their order page without reloading.
Revenue, average order value, items sold and number of orders, by day, hour and weekday, for any period up to a year.
Write each item in Polish, English, Italian, Spanish or Japanese. Starter includes two languages, Growth and Pro all five. The guest page follows the language the guest picks.

Yes. The trial lasts 14 days and needs no credit card. Send the short form with your venue details and the team sets up your menu with you, so you can try guest ordering and the dashboard before you pick a plan.
On top of the plan price, QckOrder charges 1% of the value of completed orders placed through QckOrder, counted per calendar month. If completed orders come to 2,000 in a month, the fee is 20. Cancelled orders are not counted, and the fee is invoiced monthly. The rate is 1% unless we agree another rate with you in writing.
Pro includes up to 3 locations. From the fourth, each extra location is $49 a month, plus the same 1% on its completed orders. Starter and Growth are single-location plans, so for more locations choose Pro. For a custom onboarding, talk to us about Enterprise.
Guests pay your venue the way they do today, by cash or card. QckOrder does not process payments and collects no payment from guests. Your staff mark each order as paid, by cash or card, in the dashboard. The 1% service fee is billed to your venue, not to guests.
