The short answer

The QR menu cost depends on the tool. A free generator that opens a PDF costs nothing, while a menu guests order from has a monthly fee. With QckOrder that fee is the same every month for the plan you pick, and the card further down this page reads the current price.

For the full plan comparison, open the pricing page.

What you pay for

You pay one flat monthly fee per plan. There is no commission on orders, so a busy weekend costs the same as a quiet Tuesday. There is also no setup fee, because the QckOrder team sets up your account and first menu.

  • A flat monthly fee for your plan
  • No commission on any order
  • No setup fee
  • The QckOrder team sets up your account and first menu, as there is no self-serve sign-up yet.

What changes the price

The main factor is the number of locations. A single cafe fits the smallest plan, and a group with several venues needs a bigger one.

The plan card on this page shows the other limits that separate the plans, such as team accounts and menu languages. Pick the smallest plan that fits and move up when you grow.

Costs outside QckOrder

Two things sit outside the plan, and both are small. First, printing the codes: table signs, stickers or a poster, on the material you prefer. Second, a device for your staff to watch the orders, which can be a tablet or a phone you already own.

Guests need only their own phone and mobile data or Wi-Fi.

A free generator or a menu guests order from

A free QR generator turns a link into a code. If your menu is a PDF, guests pinch and zoom, nothing translates, and each price change means a new file. That works for a small stand that rarely changes anything.

A menu guests order from costs a monthly fee, and it gives you categories and photos you edit in the dashboard, several languages and an orders list. The code stays the same when the menu changes. For the longer comparison, read QR menu vs printed menu costs.

What is included on every plan

Every plan has the same core. The plans differ in limits, not in whether the menu works.

  • Guests and staff use a web browser, so there is no app to install.
  • You enter the menu in Polish, English, Italian, Spanish and Japanese, and guests pick one in the menu header.
  • Each location has one QR code, and you can print as many copies of it as you need.
  • Guests pay the venue by cash or card, and staff mark the order as paid in the dashboard.

QR menu cost: questions

How much does a QR menu cost per month?

It depends on the plan. Each QckOrder plan has one flat monthly fee, and the plan card on this page shows the current price. The fee does not grow with the number of orders, and there is no commission.

Is there a setup fee?

No. QckOrder charges no setup fee. The team sets up your account and first menu, and you pay the monthly fee for your plan once the trial ends. Printing your codes is a separate cost that you choose and pay yourself.

Do I pay a commission on orders?

No. QckOrder charges a flat monthly fee and takes nothing from each order. Guests pay your venue directly by cash or card, so the money for the order stays with you.

What else do I need to pay for?

You need printed codes and a screen for your staff. Printing means signs, stickers or posters. The screen can be a phone or tablet you already own. Guests use their own phones, so they cost you nothing.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The trial lasts 14 days and needs no credit card. Send the short form with your venue details and the team sets up your menu with you.

Is a free QR menu generator enough?

It is enough if your menu is a fixed PDF. A free generator only makes the code. It does not edit your menu, translate it or take orders, so a venue that wants any of those needs a menu system.
