QckOrder

QR code menu

QR code menu for restaurants, with ordering built in

Guests scan one QR code and read your menu in their language on their phone. The same menu takes their order, and your team handles it from the dashboard.

14 days free, no credit card. Tell us about your venue in a short form and the team gets you set up.

What is a QR code menu?

A QR code menu is a menu that guests open by scanning a QR code with their phone camera. The code is a link to a web page, so guests install nothing and the menu opens in the phone browser.

QckOrder is not a free QR code generator. It is a menu and ordering system with a flat monthly price, and the pricing page lists the plans.

A PDF link or a menu you can edit

A PDF behind a QR code is the quickest start, but guests pinch and zoom to read it, it cannot switch language, and every change means uploading a new file.

A QckOrder menu is built from categories and items, each with a name, description, photo and price. You edit them in the dashboard, and the next guest who scans the code sees the change. The code stays the same, so there is no reprinting.

  • Edit prices, photos and descriptions at any time
  • Keep a second menu ready, such as a lunch or seasonal menu, and switch which one is active
  • Add each size or variant as its own item

One QR code for your venue

Your code is a link to your menu. Print it on table cards, stickers, a host stand or the front door, and guests scan whichever copy is closest. Read how it looks on a restaurant, a cafe or a bar.

  • Each location has one QR code, and you can print as many copies of it as you need.
  • Guests and staff use a web browser, so there is no app to install.

A menu in your guests' language

Visitors point at dishes they cannot read. With a QR code menu you write each item once per language, and guests switch language from the menu header.

  • You enter the menu in Polish, English, Italian, Spanish and Japanese, and guests pick one in the menu header.

Taking orders from the same menu

Guests add items to a cart, write a note such as where they sit, and send the order from their phone. Your team opens the orders list and moves each order from pending to accepted, preparing, ready and completed.

  • Staff see new orders when they open or refresh the orders list in the dashboard.
  • Guests pay the venue by cash or card, and staff mark the order as paid in the dashboard.

What a QckOrder menu does not do

Knowing the limits helps you choose. These are the main ones today.

  • QckOrder does not connect to a till or cash register system.
  • Items have no options or extras, so add each size or variant as its own menu item.

QR code menu: questions

What is a QR code menu?

It is a menu that guests open by scanning a QR code with their phone camera. The code links to a web page, so the menu opens in the browser with nothing to install.

Do guests need an app?

No. Guests scan the code with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create. Your team uses the dashboard in a web browser too.

How many QR codes do I need?

One per location. You generate it in the dashboard, download it as a PNG and print as many copies as you need. Guests can tell your team where they sit in the order note.

How do I change my QR code menu?

Edit prices, photos and descriptions in the dashboard and the next scan shows the change. You can also keep a second menu ready and switch which one is active at a location.

How do guests pay?

They pay the venue as they do today, by cash or card. QckOrder does not process payments. Your team marks each order as paid, by cash or card, in the dashboard.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The trial lasts 14 days and needs no credit card. Send the short form with your venue details and the team sets up your menu with you.

Is QckOrder a free QR code generator?

No. QckOrder is a menu and ordering system with a flat monthly price and no commission. If you only need a code that opens a PDF, a free generator does that. QckOrder is for a menu you edit, in several languages, that also takes orders.
