What your team sees in the orders list
Place an order on the phone. This panel then shows it as your team sees it in the orders list.
This demo shows both sides at once. In QckOrder, new orders appear on your team's list by themselves within about 15 seconds, and guests see status changes on their order page without doing anything.
How QR code ordering works
QR code ordering lets guests scan a code, open your menu in their phone browser and send an order without an app or an account. Your team sees the order in a dashboard, moves it through set statuses and marks it paid when the guest settles up at the venue.
1
Guests scan your code
A QR code on each table, plus one for the counter or the door. Scanning opens your menu in the phone browser, with the table already set.

Open a working sample venue, or scan the code with your phone. Place an order and look at its status.
Enter your own numbers to see how many QR orders it takes to cover a plan and the 1% on completed orders, based on the staff time you spend taking orders.

How this is calculated
QR orders per month = orders per day × days open × QR share
Staff hours = QR orders per month × minutes per order ÷ 60
Value of time = staff hours × staff cost per hour
QckOrder cost = plan price + QR orders per month × average order value × 1%
Break-even orders = plan price ÷ (minutes per order ÷ 60 × staff cost − average order value × 1%)
Only completed orders count; cancelled orders do not. The 1% is calculated per calendar month and invoiced monthly. QckOrder does not collect guest payments: guests pay your venue.
No. Guests scan the code with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
How do guests pay?
They pay the venue as they do today, by cash or card. QckOrder does not process payments. Your team marks each order as paid, by cash or card, in the dashboard.
Which languages can my menu use?
You can enter each item, category and menu in Polish, English, Italian, Spanish or Japanese. Guests switch language from the menu header and see the languages you have turned on.
Getting set up
How do I get started?
Send the short trial form with your venue details. It reaches the QckOrder team, who set you up. There is no self-serve sign-up yet.
Can I change my menu after it is live?
Yes. Edit prices, photos and descriptions in the dashboard and the next scan shows the change. You can also keep a second menu ready and switch which one is active at a location.
How many QR codes do I need?
One for each table, plus one for the whole venue. You add your tables in the dashboard and download each code as a PNG, or print one sheet with all of them. The table number shows on every order from a table code, and the venue code still works for orders with no table.
Pricing and trial
Does QckOrder charge anything on top of the plan price?
Yes. On top of the plan price, QckOrder charges 1% of the value of completed orders placed through QckOrder. Cancelled orders are not counted. It is calculated per calendar month and invoiced monthly. Guests pay your venue directly, so QckOrder collects no guest payments.
What does the free trial include?
The trial lasts 14 days and needs no credit card. Send the short form with your venue details, and the team gets back to you and sets up your menu so you can try guest ordering and the dashboard with it.
Can guests pay at the table, or can it connect to my POS?
Not yet. Pay at the table and POS integrations are coming soon, with no date set. Today guests order in QckOrder and pay the venue the way they already do.
