For a single venue getting started with QR ordering.
Starter is enough for one venue that wants guests ordering from their phones. The trial lets you test the guest flow at your own tables.
Contactless ordering
With contactless ordering, guests scan a QR code and order from their own phone. They install nothing, create no account and give no name, email or phone number.
14 days free, no credit card. Tell us about your venue in a short form and the team gets you set up.
Contactless ordering means a guest places an order from their own phone, without a shared paper menu or a trip to the counter. In QckOrder the guest scans a QR code and can order without an app, because the menu opens in the phone browser.
The home page explains the whole product. This page follows one guest from the first scan to a finished order.
The whole thing takes four steps, and none of them needs a download.
QckOrder asks the guest for no name, no email address and no phone number. The only free text is the optional note on the order.
That keeps the first order quick. A guest who is hungry and in a hurry reaches the cart in seconds.
Contactless ordering replaces the order, not the hospitality. Your team still brings the food and drinks to the guest, and the guest still settles the bill with your staff.
The same orders list shows your team what to prepare, and the digital menu with ordering page shows what that looks like from your side.
The browser on the guest's phone keeps three small things: a random identifier that is not tied to a name, the language the guest picked and the items in the cart. Closing the page does not empty the cart.
Nothing in that list identifies the person. If you want the full legal wording, read the privacy policy.

No. Guests scan the code with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create. Your team uses the dashboard in a web browser too.
No. A guest orders without signing up, logging in or giving a name, email address or phone number. The only text they can add is an optional note on the order, such as where they sit.
They pay the venue as they do today, by cash or card. QckOrder does not process payments. Your team marks each order as paid, by cash or card, in the dashboard.
The menu is a web page, so the guest needs a connection to open it and send the order. Without mobile data, they can join your venue Wi-Fi if you share the password, or they can order from staff the way they always have.
Staff see an order when they open or refresh the orders list in the dashboard. Keep the list open while you serve, and refresh it when you expect orders.
Yes. Guests pay only for what they order, to your venue. They do not pay to scan, to open the menu or to send the order. Your venue pays a flat monthly plan, with no commission on orders.
