Venue branding

Your logo, description and photos on your QR menu

Guests who scan your code see your venue, not a blank page. Add your logo, a short description in each menu language and photos of your dishes, and the same logo appears on your printed QR cards.

What venue branding means in QckOrder

Venue branding is what makes the guest menu look like your venue: your logo, your name, a line about who you are and photos of what you serve. In QckOrder you set these in the dashboard, and the guest menu and the printed cards pick them up.

The look of the menu itself stays the same for every venue. Branding adds your identity to it, and it does not restyle the page.

A description under the venue name, in each language

Add an optional description of up to 300 characters, for example your opening hours note, your cuisine or a line about the house. You write it per menu language, and each guest reads it in the language they picked. Leave a language empty and no description shows for it, with no empty gap.

A long description is cut to three lines on a phone, and the guest can open it with a More button. Starter includes two menu languages, Growth and Pro all five, as set out in multilingual QR menus.

Photos on menu items

Each menu item can carry a photo. Guests see it as a thumbnail in the menu list and larger when they open the item. Photos accept the same file types and the 5 MB limit as the logo.

Not every dish needs a photo. An item without one shows as a clean text row at its normal height, and a photo that fails to load falls back to the same layout, so a half-photographed menu still looks tidy.

What you can set and where guests see it

Everything below is edited by the owner of the venue in the dashboard.

Branding options, who sets them and where guests see them

What branding does not change

Branding adds your identity to the guest menu. It does not turn the guest app into your own app. Know the limits:

  • There are no custom colours and no custom fonts: the menu keeps the QckOrder look
  • There is no custom domain: guests open the menu from a QckOrder link behind your QR code
  • It is not white label: QckOrder stays visible where it is today
  • A logo is one image per venue, not one per location

Which plan for venue branding

Growth

For one venue with a bigger team or guests from abroad.

Logo, description and photos are on every plan. Growth adds all five menu languages, so the description and the item names can reach every guest. Each plan costs its monthly price plus 1% of completed orders.

$49/ month

billed annually

or $59 billed monthly

+ 1% of the value of completed orders placed through QckOrder

Only completed orders count; cancelled orders do not. The 1% is calculated per calendar month and invoiced monthly. QckOrder does not collect guest payments: guests pay your venue.

Venue branding: questions

Which file types can I use for my logo and photos?

JPG, PNG and WebP, up to 5 MB each. QckOrder resizes the image for you. A square logo works best, because it sits in a small rounded frame at the top of the menu and in a fixed space on the printed cards.

Can I change the colours or fonts of the menu?

No. Guests see the QckOrder look with your logo, description and photos on it. There are no custom colours, no custom fonts and no custom domain, and the menu is not white label.

What do guests see if an item has no photo?

A text row with the name, description and price, at its normal height. Menus with and without photos both look tidy, so you can add photos to your best sellers first and the rest later.

Does the logo appear on the printed QR cards?

Yes. Table cards and the to-go card show your logo, or your venue name when you have not uploaded one. The PNG you download for a single code uses the same layout.

Which languages can guests read the menu in?

Polish, English, Italian, Spanish and Japanese. You enter each item, category and menu in the languages you turn on, and guests switch language from the menu header; the buttons and labels of the guest page switch with it. Starter includes two menu languages, Growth and Pro all five.

Is there a fee on top of the plan price?

Yes. On top of the plan price, QckOrder charges 1% of the value of completed orders placed through QckOrder. Cancelled orders are not counted. It is calculated per calendar month and invoiced monthly. QckOrder does not collect guest payments: guests pay your venue.
