Growth
For venues with more than one location or guests from abroad.
Several outlets and several menu languages are where plan limits matter most for a hotel. Count your locations and languages first, then pick a plan.
For hotel restaurants and bars
A hotel restaurant QR menu lets guests scan a code, read the menu in their own language on their phone and order from the same screen. Your team works the orders from the dashboard.

What your team sees in the orders list
Place an order on the phone. This panel then shows it as your team sees it in the orders list.
This demo updates both sides at once. In QckOrder your team sees new orders when they open or refresh the orders list, and guests see the status when they open or refresh their order page.
Enter the menu in each language you serve. Every guest picks theirs in the menu header, so your team answers fewer questions about what a dish is.
Set each one up as its own location with its own menu, so nobody scrolls past breakfast to find a cocktail. Every location counts toward your plan.
Add, edit or remove items in the dashboard when the kitchen changes the dishes. The next guest who scans sees the new menu, and nothing is reprinted.
A printed card or sticker opens the menu in the phone browser, in the dining room, the lounge or by the pool. No app and no account.
The menu shows in the language the guest picks. They add items, leave a note for the kitchen and send the order to the venue.
Staff accept the order in the orders list, move it to preparing and ready, and mark it paid after the guest has paid the venue by cash or card.
Put a code wherever guests sit down to eat or drink. Menus stay separate when you set up separate locations.
A card on the table opens the restaurant menu. Many hotels use one menu for breakfast and another for dinner.
Guests waiting for a check-in or a taxi can read the drinks list and order from the armchair.
A sticker on a sun lounger or a card on the terrace table lets guests order without walking to the counter.
Enter your own numbers to see how many QR orders it takes to cover a plan, based on the staff time you spend taking orders.
The starting values are examples, not statistics, and they change with the venue type picked above. Replace them with yours.

No. QckOrder has no flow for orders delivered to a guest room, so it does not replace in-room dining. It works for the hotel restaurant, lobby bar and pool bar, where guests order from the table, the armchair or the sun lounger.
No. There is no charge to the room. Guests pay the venue by cash or card, and your staff mark the order as paid in the dashboard. Payment stays at the restaurant or bar, the same place it happens today.
No. QckOrder has no link to a hotel property system, a booking system or a till. It is a separate tool that guests and staff use in the browser. Guests do not need a room number, and your team works the orders in the dashboard.
Yes. Set up each one as its own location with its own menu. Every location counts toward the location limit of your plan, so count your outlets first and then check the limit on the pricing page before you choose.
Polish, English, Italian, Spanish and Japanese. You enter each item, category and menu in the languages you turn on, and guests switch language from the menu header. Starter includes two menu languages.
One per location. You generate it in the dashboard, download it as a PNG and print as many copies as you need. Guests can tell your team where they sit in the order note.
