Starter
For a single venue getting started with QR ordering.
Starter is the smallest plan and covers a single location with a short menu, which is exactly what one truck is. Move up later if the crew or the number of trucks grows.
For food trucks
A food truck QR menu is a code on your truck that opens your menu on the guest's phone, where they can also place their order. Guests choose while they queue, and your crew works each order from the dashboard.
14 days free, no credit card. Tell us about your venue in a short form and the team gets you set up.

What your team sees in the orders list
Place an order on the phone. This panel then shows it as your team sees it in the orders list.
This demo updates both sides at once. In QckOrder your team sees new orders when they open or refresh the orders list, and guests see the status when they open or refresh their order page.
Guests scan the code while they wait and choose before they reach the window. The window is for handing over food and taking payment, not for reading out the menu.
Edit items, prices and photos in the dashboard before you open. For a festival, keep a second menu ready and switch which one is active.
Guests type their order, so there is nothing to mishear. Your crew reads each order in the orders list and moves it along.
Enter your menu in the languages you turn on, and guests switch language from the menu header. They read what is on offer and order without a translator.
The code on the truck or on a stand in the queue opens your menu in the phone browser. No app to install and no account to create.
Guests add items to the cart, write a note and send the order before they reach the window, so they arrive knowing what they want.
In the orders list, your crew moves each order from pending to accepted, preparing, ready and completed. Guests can check the status on their phone.
Put a printed code where guests look while they wait: on the truck, in the queue and at your pitch.
A sticker or sign beside the window, at eye level, so guests can scan it as they walk up.
A sign along the line lets people read the menu and order well before they reach the window.
Take the printed code to a festival or market. It opens the same menu wherever you park.
Enter your own numbers to see how many QR orders it takes to cover a plan, based on the staff time you spend taking orders.
The starting values are examples, not statistics, and they change with the venue type picked above. Replace them with yours.

A food truck QR menu is a code, printed on the truck or a stand, that opens your menu on the guest's phone. With QckOrder the same menu takes orders: guests choose in the queue and send the order, and your crew works it from the dashboard. Nothing to install.
Yes. Guests need a mobile signal to open the menu and send an order, and your crew needs a connection to open the orders list. QckOrder has no offline mode. If the signal fails at a busy event, take orders at the window as you do today.
No. QckOrder takes orders. It is not a card terminal, a mobile till or a cash register system, and it does not connect to one. Keep the payment device you use now. QckOrder only changes how guests choose and send their order.
Guests pay you at the window, by cash or card, as they do now. QckOrder does not process payments. Your crew marks the order as paid in the dashboard, so the orders list shows who has paid and who has not.
One per location. You generate it in the dashboard, download it as a PNG and print as many copies as you need. Guests can tell your team where they sit in the order note.
