Growth
For venues with more than one location or guests from abroad.
Growth fits a brewery with a taproom and a second site, or one that serves visitors from other countries and wants more menu languages.
For breweries and taprooms
A brewery QR menu puts your tap list on the guest's phone. They scan one code, read what is pouring and order from their seat, while your team works the orders from the dashboard.
14 days free, no credit card. Tell us about your venue in a short form and the team gets you set up.

What your team sees in the orders list
Place an order on the phone. This panel then shows it as your team sees it in the orders list.
This demo updates both sides at once. In QckOrder your team sees new orders when they open or refresh the orders list, and guests see the status when they open or refresh their order page.
Edit names and prices in the dashboard, add the new batch and remove the one that kicked. The next scan shows the new list, with no board to rewrite or reprint.
Items have no size options, so list the half, the pint and the tasting flight as separate menu items. Each one shows its own price and description.
Everyone at the table can order from their own phone, so one person does not carry the whole round to the counter and back.
Guests read the tap list and order from their seat, so fewer people queue just to ask what is pouring while your team works the orders list.
A card on the table or a sign by the door opens your tap list in the phone browser. No app and no account.
Guests add beers, flights and food, leave a note such as where they sit, and send the order to your team.
Staff accept an order, move it to preparing and ready, and mark it paid once the guest has paid by cash or card.
Put a code where people wait or sit, and keep a spare one by the door for people reading before they come in.
A card at the end of the bench lets a group read the tap list and order together, without anyone leaving the seat.
Guests in the queue can read the list and order from the phone instead of waiting to catch your eye.
People outside can read what is on tap before they decide to come in or sit down in the garden.
Enter your own numbers to see how many QR orders it takes to cover a plan, based on the staff time you spend taking orders.

Billing
If guests placed those orders by QR instead of staff taking them, that is about 39 hours a month, worth $663 at your rate, against $49 for Growth.
On these numbers the time is worth $614 more than the plan.
The plan is covered at about 116 QR orders a month.

No. QckOrder does not check a guest's age. Your staff check ID when they serve the order, the way they do today. The QR menu only takes the order and shows it to your team in the dashboard, so age checks stay with your staff.
No. There is no tab and no split bill. Guests pay the venue by cash or card, and your staff mark each order as paid in the dashboard. If a group wants to split, staff handle it at the counter.
No. QckOrder does not track kegs, stock levels or what is left in a tap. When a beer runs out, edit or remove it from the menu in the dashboard, and the next guest who scans the code sees the change straight away.
You change it in the dashboard, which is a quick edit. Rename a beer, change a price or add the new batch, save it, and the next scan shows the new list. Nothing is reprinted and no board is rewritten.
Polish, English, Italian, Spanish and Japanese. You enter each item, category and menu in the languages you turn on, and guests switch language from the menu header. Starter includes two menu languages.
One per location. You generate it in the dashboard, download it as a PNG and print as many copies as you need. Guests can tell your team where they sit in the order note.
