For beach bars
A beach bar QR menu is a menu guests open by scanning a code on their phone, then order from without walking to the bar. Read it from a sunbed, in the visitor's language.

What your team sees in the orders list
Place an order on the phone. This panel then shows it as your team sees it in the orders list.
This demo updates both sides at once. In QckOrder your team sees new orders when they open or refresh the orders list, and guests see the status when they open or refresh their order page.
A guest on a sunbed has to get up, cross hot sand and queue. With a code at the sunbed they order from where they lie, and your team sees the order.
Sun fades them, sand scratches them and sticky fingers ruin them. A code on a small sign costs little to replace, and the menu behind it never wears out.
Tourists guess at a menu they cannot read. Write each item once per language and guests switch language in the menu header.
Prices and dishes move from the first weekend to the last. Edit the menu in the dashboard and the next scan shows it, with no reprint.
They point the phone camera at a code on the sunbed, the terrace sign or the bar. The menu opens in the browser, with no app to install.
Photos, descriptions and prices load on the phone. Guests pick their language and add drinks and food to a cart.
The order lands in your dashboard. Staff accept it, mark it ready and complete it, and mark it paid after the guest pays at the bar.
Put the code where guests already look. Wind and sand are hard on paper, so choose sturdy materials.
A small laminated sign or a sticker on a post, close enough to scan without standing up.
A code on each group of seats, so guests far from the bar still reach the menu.
A larger sign for walk-ups who want to read before they decide where to sit.
Enter your own numbers to see how many QR orders it takes to cover a plan, based on the staff time you spend taking orders.

No. There is no payment in the menu. Guests pay the bar by cash or card as usual, and your staff mark the order as paid in the dashboard. Nothing is charged online.
One per location. You generate it in the dashboard, download it as a PNG and print as many copies as you need. Guests can tell your team where they sit in the order note.
